Yellow curry, or Kaeng Kari, is a Thai dish with Indian origins, featuring tender meat, onions, potatoes, turmeric, curry powder, and warm spices in a creamy coconut milk sauce. It’s mildly spiced, slightly sweet, and best enjoyed with steamed rice.
